INSIDE OUT day with Cathrine was just what I needed. A warm and respectful space in wonderful woodland to indulge in self reflection and to explore my dreams. Being able to share thoughts and ideas with participants also sparked different trains of thoughts. Being in nature created a freeing energy. It's confirmed my idea to create a similar offering locally. It was totally worth the trip.

I took part in Cathrine's Inside Out day and I would thoroughly recommend it. It was a wonderful opportunity to take some time out of the general 'busyness' of daily life, and to take a moment to stop and think. Cathrine creates a wonderfully calm and open space and being outside and able to connect with nature makes it so much more powerful. Cathrine gently guides you through the programme and the group dynamic is very inclusive and supportive. This might be out of your comfort zone and something you wouldn't have considered in the past. But I would really recommend it as a way to move your thinking, especially if you feel stuck whether in work or life generally. And the soup was delicious! Thank you so much Cathrine.

I was hoping for some help in structuring my life, which had become quite chaotic over the last two years. Cathrine's gentle guidance at a group and individual level helped me find the mental space to prioritise my array of tasks and find some peace. She holds a quiet non-judgemental space for everybody to work in, while encouraging group working as people want to join in. I have come away from the workshop with a much clearer perspective of things and feel much more balanced and calmer as a result. My health is also improving as a result of the destress, from spending a day in nature to do the work. I recently had a virtual coaching session with Cathrine, having initially met through a networking event followed by a 1:1 catch up. I felt comfortable with her practical approach. She teased out issues that I had not thought about, and encouraged me to verbalise what barriers I felt were preventing me from moving forward with some issues. We discussed being curious, slowing down the pace of conversations, and giving value to build on my relationships with potential clients, something that I now realise I need to focus on more. I particularly liked her analogy of planting seeds and the long game.
