Mr. Walter came to my house ahead of schedule. I tiold him about my concern several hair lines crack on the front of the house including the garage.interior has no crack, able to closed all doors. He access the outside of the house. Checked all joints, windows and others. He told me these lines are normal. Most important all joints remain closed. This was my first foundation repair I called several companies for estimates , and im glad I choose A-Best foundation repair ! Leo answered all my question and got an appointment set up right away . When luis came to the property he explained everything that had to be done in a very smooth way I decided to give them a try and they started the work Friday and were completed by Saturday. Even tho the office was closed I was able to get in touch with Leo and luis for any updates. When the work was completed they asked me to come by and take a look at the final repairs . Luis showed me in detail what was done. They had to dig holes , remove some bushes to get the job done. They put everything back the way it was luckily they did such a great job that no additional repairs were needed . If I ever need any foundation repairs in my future homes A-Best is who I will call! My experience with A-Best Foundation Repair was great. Everyone was very professional and kind. To the best of my knowledge they did a good job and seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I do wish that they would have packed the dirt down a little better in the areas where they had to fill the dirt back in when they were finished. It sunk in in a few places and we had to fill it in with dirt and pack it really well. I did not ask them to come back out. My husband took care of it but I’m sure they would have come back out if I called them. They were very nice people. I must have obtained 4 or 5 quotes and I chose Walter with A-Best Foundation because he seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced and I just really liked him and his kindness . They did an excellent job leveling our pier and beam foundation home. After the house had settled for a few weeks, they came back to check the floors, and do a little touchup. They never had an issue coming back for any questions I had after the leveling. They treat you as the first time you hire them for their services. I contacted A-Best Foundation Repair in need of an inspection on a home that we were considering purchasing. The home had visible foundation repair and we weren't provided any information about the repair from the seller. When I called a very nice lady answered the phone and said that they were happy to do an inspection of the foundation and repair t no charge to me! I was so relived. Walter came out to the home and spent 45 mins inspection the home and provided a report to us. He was very friendly, prompt and thorough. When I needed them to come back to recheck an area of concern (the floor was uneven because of a bad install from the previous home owner. I have not had many chances to post positive reviews on contractors. So this one is an absolute delight to do. A best foundation Repair did a fantastic job of leveling our and our neighbors townhouses. Silvestre (the owner) does his quotes personally, which is great, but he also stands behind them. There is no starting the job and then coming back and trying to increase the price for some reason. But my absolute best thing to say about Silvestre and this company, is that they stand behind their work. We had them demolish and re-poor our front patio once they finished re-leveling the slab. The dirt around the house that had been disturbed during the leveling process settled after a few weeks and that patio slab cracked. I notified Silvestre about the issue, and to my surprise their was not one bit of hassle or hesitation. Silvestre just said they would demolish the slab they pored and re-poor it at no additional charge. Good to his word, they removed the prior slab, re-pored it, and I am happy to report the new slab has been crack free. I think Silvestre and his people have spoiled it for any other contractor I have to deal with in the future. If I hold them to this companies high standards, few will be able to live up to them.
