Greg Morrison just fixed our three TVs, helping us switch from costly ATT U-Verse cable TV to YoutubeTV. AV Connect had installed a turnkey system in our living room room, run by the Control4 system. It began to misbehave to compound the attempt to switch Greg handled it all in a timely and efficient manner and for a very reasonable price. FIVE STARS PLUS!!

AV Connect retrofitted a home system amplifier and new keypads into an existing system. They delivered as promised, on time and on budget. Excellent customer service and easy to work with as we had special requests. Highly recommend you at least discuss your audio visual project with them.

This was our second time working with AV Connect, and we already know we’ll be back for a third. Sam and Chris were fantastic installers for our Sonos expansion; they arrived on time (with a heads up beforehand), worked and communicated efficiently throughout the whole process, and left the place spotless. Billie was once again a delight to work with kicking off the project. She’s responsive and knowledgeable and just fun to chat with. Shoutout to Kurtis as well for coaching us through an incredibly detailed lighting plan, not to mention fixing our garage light switch when I mentioned it wasn’t working. His expertise was invaluable in helping us think through our plans for the near and long term. Can’t say enough good things about this crew.

AV Connect did a great job for Church installing two large wall-mounted video screens with frames, two new laser video projectors, customizing mounts and extra safety mechanisms to secure the ceiling mounted devices, and many other details the job involved. I’ve used AV Connect Austin twice, and both experiences exceeded my expectations. During the original installation, they came out multiple times to address a few minor issues at no additional cost. On the most recent installation, something broke within the first few days, and they fixed it quickly and without any hassle. Billie is a pleasure to work with and helped me design a killer system. Once I have more money saved, I plan on having them come back to upgrade the audio side as well. Their service, expertise, and follow-through have been excellent.
