While I have consistently done cardio workouts over the years I never felt competent lifting weights despite having a health club membership and nice weight machine at home. MYO workouts are intense but only last 20 minutes. The trainers are encouraging, respectful and laser-focused on making every minute count. I have more energy and stamina than I had in my 50’s, an easier time controlling my weight, and the strength to be a fun grandma to our three little toddlers. Highly recommend them! Less

My build is petite and I am fine boned; I began strength training because after a bone scan, I was diagnosed with Osteopina, the beginning of a weakening bone density; fear of Osteoporosis as well as chronic low back pain motivated me to try strength training. I have worked with the Team of My Strength Studio for 5 years. I am starting my 6th decade of life and have never felt stronger. I am happy to report I have no low back pain, after 5 years, my bone scans have shown no additional weakening in my bone mass, but additional to that I am significantly stronger as shown by my ability to lift and carry 50 pound bags of grain out to my hen house. I am able to perform heavy gardening and landscaping projects and sustain my strength over several hours with no after affects or pain. I am able to easily speed walk 4 miles in an hour and at the same time, visit with a friend, and I just feel better about myself. The TEAM of trainers at the My Strength Studios are professional and take the safety and training of my individual workouts seriously. I have never been encouraged to work beyond what is safe for me and I have never injured myself during a workout. I like the fact that I have a personal trainer who is carefully documenting the data from my workout and that I am the only person in a room. The trainers continuously encourage me throughout my workouts with positive words and statements. Anyone reading this who is pondering if they should work out with the Team at My Strength Studio, you need to try it for yourself! I am willing to drive an hour every week to train! Less

Becky was able to incorporate training that stretched and strengthened the muscles that were affected by eight weeks in a cast & walking boot. This summer I was able to start trail running again with no problem and I am ready to start the ski season with no worries. I constantly am amazed at how easy it has become to do work around the house and not have to worry about dropping heavy objects or getting tired arms from yard work. Having one trainer dedicated to me has guaranteed a fully customized workout that is constantly changing as my muscles change. Every workout results in improved strength and health! Less

MYO was recommended to me, to help me recover after a fully ruptured Achilles. I have been strength training at MYO for the last year and have had a terrific experience. Through MYO and an active lifestyle, I feel and look stronger, and have been able to reengage with the activities that matter most to me, including being active with my children, and building up the strength and endurance to complete a 50-mile bike ride this fall. The MYO trainers are incredibly motivating--I do more in my workouts with them than I could ever do on my own. I greatly appreciate the highly customized training program and approach, which is helping me get stronger and fitter. The small-gym atmosphere and 1:1 training is excellent in its own right and particularly suitable in the current times in which we need to be careful about Covid. I highly recommend MYO! Less

It is such an amazing workout experience that provides results faster than anything else I have ever done, including 60 min boot camps 3X/week. This workout is so intense that it has strengthened me mentally as well as physically. My results have been a significant amount of Body fat, inches, & weight Reduction. I am down over 30 lbs since starting this super slow strength training protocol. Strength Studio also offers nutritional support. I feel like a million bucks after my 20 minute workouts which have strengthened my cardio, reduced my fat, increased my bone density, and increased my muscle mass.
