Hidalgo Roofing Company was by far the best company I’ve worked with before. Mr. Villarreal demonstrated such professionalism, the punctuality and compassion for us as customers was overwhelming satisfactorily. My family and I are filled with gratitude on how efficiently and quickly he and his team completed the work. At that point in our life, we were not home and there had been a tremendous storm with damages all around us. There were a lot of issues with our home. I had come home for two days to settle some bills, and things I needed to take care of. My mom and I were at the bank when Mr. Villarreal turned around, and I saw his Shirt had a logo “Hidalgo Roofing” I don’t believe in coincidences, I believe God put him in our path. I was with my elderly mom, and I shared my story with him and that I needed a roof put in, but that I was not here presently and, “He said no worries. Here’s my card. Call me when you’re ready and we’ll take care of everything.”Our daughter was going through cancer up in Dallas, and once again I repeat the compassion he demonstrated and the efficiency of me and my husband 8-9 hours away from home was tremendous! He and his team took care of everything, with minimal contact with us during of time of such difficulty. We will forever be grateful for all the compassion and sincerity demonstrated. We live in Houston and couldn’t find roofers with good reviews. I contacted Mr, Richard Villarreal with Hidalgo Roofing and my husband and I were very impressed on how detailed he was about explaining the process of getting our new roof. He even suggested the color, which we are so happy he did cause it turned out beautiful!. The crew was here early in the morning and they completed the job and cleaned up everything at the end. We highly recommend Hidalgo Roofing.

Quisiera compartir mi experiencia, todo empezó con él reclamo a mi seguro por una tormenta de granizo inesperada , mi seguro se negó a pagar los daños, por malas experiencias pasadas sabía que no hiba a ser fácil encontrar en quien confiar, busqué ayuda con la compañía Hidalgo Roofing; él señor Richard Villarreal nos guió en él proceso a seguir y dar él siguiente paso, realmente no tenía nada que perder, si no al contrario, ya que no estábamos de acuerdo con la decisión de mi seguro. Richard estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros y respondiendo a nuestras llamadas y dudas durante él proceso, estamos muy contentos ya que al final la resolución fue a nuestro favor. El trabajo que realizaron los trabajadores de la compañía fue excelente; muy rápido, limpio y sobretodo bien hecho. Nuestra teja quedó hermosa y la pintura de la casa también; me encantó. Called after a storm and they showed up that same morning and were able to quickly repair a leak that I found from the attic. Richard was easy to communicate with and he followed up to ensure the leak was completely taken care of (and it was). Highly recommend this company
