Not sure if the below reviews are fake or what but my husband and i had a horrible experience with Jennifer and in our experience she was the complete opposite of what these people below are saying.She made the beginning of our homebuying process a NIGHTMARE and being a 1st time home buyer i was expecting to get someone who knew what they were doing but she definitely did not.She was absolutely impossible to get a hold of even despite asking her multiple times if there was a better way to reach her, she would just ignore our question. We ended up switching lenders right before buying our new house due to not being confident Jennifer could be responsive enough for us to close in the timeline we needed and it was the best decision we ever made.Super disappointed in the "Customer Service" she provided and am only posting this review to warn others.Would not recommend her to anyone, especially those on a tight timeline. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Jennifer was so amazing to work with, that we have used her services twice! She made refinancing our loan quick and easy and saved us a lot of money! It was wonderful to work with somebody who is so knowledgeable about mortgages! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for refinance their home!
