I love going to my Strength2Move classes with Sandra every week ☺️ I have fun and always feel better afterwards. Sandra is a great instructor and always includes ways to modify a workout move if it is too difficult.I have also had the opportunity for 1 on 1 personal training classes with her, and I have enjoyed those as well. She sets up great personalized workouts based on your goals, and helps improve your form & guides you to work hard, which I appreciate because the encouragement is great during a tough workout!Sandra also includes a nice cooldown at the end of a session with guided breathing and stretching to help relax your body after a good workout. If you're looking for an affordable personal trainer or group workout classes, I highly recommend Sandra for the job! 😄

As I get older, the more I realize the importance of flexibility and mobility. I was introduced to Sandra and I'm so grateful. Sandra's workouts focus on exactly that, strength, flexibility and mobility. Her classes are inclusive and fun! She gives options if you are not quite there with the movement, and will be your biggest cheerleader. I highly recommend giving Sandra consideration if you are looking for a fitness trainer.
