What an incredible instructor Sandra is. Her classes provide a full body workout with modifications available if you need them. Sandra is amazing and so knowledgeable about helping you to gain strength and flexibility. I’m 61 and had been idle due to illness, I started with Sandra last week and I’m so glad I did. I know this will help me build the strength in my body and to allow me the flexibility to keep up with my Grandkids. You should definitely give a class a try!

I recently attended an introductory trial mobility class led by Sandra, and it was truly an eye-opening experience. As someone who exercises frequently and leads an active lifestyle, I was surprised to discover just how much room for improvement there is in my mobility. The class was thoughtfully designed, and Sandra’s expertise and guidance created a welcoming environment where I could focus on areas I hadn’t considered before.This session was a powerful reminder of the importance of incorporating mobility-focused activities into my fitness routine, especially as I age. Maintaining and improving mobility is essential for supporting my body in ways that allow me to continue living a fulfilling, active life for years to come. Sandra's class was a valuable step in that direction, and I’m eager to explore more!

Sandra is a great instructor and always includes ways to modify a workout move if it is too difficult.I have also had the opportunity for 1 on 1 personal training classes with her, and I have enjoyed those as well. She sets up great personalized workouts based on your goals, and helps improve your form & guides you to work hard, which I appreciate because the encouragement is great during a tough workout!Sandra also includes a nice cooldown at the end of a session with guided breathing and stretching to help relax your body after a good workout. If you're looking for an affordable personal trainer or group workout classes, I highly recommend Sandra for the job! 😄
