I appreciate that star ratings have suffered a great deal of grade inflation over time, and so five stars often just means "kinda delivered what I expected", rather than "I'm super happy, and my expectations were exceeded", but I want to make it very clear that in my case I mean the latter.I didn't need a big job, I just needed to have my foundation inspected for insurance purposes, but Greg was incredibly obliging, thoughtful and knowledgeable when discussing the job, and equally thoughtful and reasonable about the services delivered, even though it was clear that I wanted to do any remedial work necessary myself. I've dealt with many contractors over the years, and the measure of a good one for me is that they take you seriously, don't treat you like an idiot, and treat you politely and professionally whether you have a small job or a big one.I have no hesitation in giving Greg Danz my highest recommendation. I'd give him more than five stars if I could.
