Lisa was absolutely fantastic! We had tons of questions and she had answers to all of them! She made the process much less stressful than we thought it would be. If you’re prepared with your documentation then pre approval goes so incredibly fast. She definitely is one of the best at what she does. Her assistant is also extremely knowledgeable and available for questions. Lisa worked with our agent and we all became a team. Lisa is the absolute best. She was my original loan officer on the purchase of my home in which she was my second opinion and I never regretted for a second. She now 2 yrs later helped me with the refinancing of my home and although it was a little rough for me to grasp all of the logistics of the refinancing she was there every step of the way explaining everything that I need further assistance on. She's best in town!!!
