This team is incredible. I'm a short-term rental owner, and I'm serious about the quality of clean in my places. I have a system in place and a comprehensive list for the cleaning team to follow. I've been through quite a few other cleaners who would do a great job initially, but the quality would start to slide and when I brought it up, nothing improved. I've been with Royal Hive for a year or so, and they are hands down the best. They're responsive to any questions or comments, they're flexible and bend over backwards to accommodate requests, even when I've had last minute needs. The quality does not waiver. From the brothers who own this, to the manager who coordinates the bookings, to the cleaning teams. All excellent. Oh, and they have an online portal, so if you have a bunch of cleans scheduled like I do, it's really convenient to keep tabs, see and pay invoices, and even tip the cleaners. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I signed up for biweekly cleanings with this company and they have been so great to me. They listen to every request you have when it comes to the way you like things to the way you don’t. They’ve allowed me to try numerous cleaners just so I could find one that matches my cleaning style perfectly. I appreciate everything this company has done for me during this unfortunate time in my life. I would recommend this service to anyone who loves their house spotless at a cheap price and wants to avoid any sort of hassle when it comes to setting it up.
