A great experience! Our driver, Robert, arrived early for our pickup in NYC and contacted me to let me know that he was already waiting for us. Vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. Robert was polite, professional, pleasant and easy to make conversation with. He got us out of the City, on a Saturday night 2 weeks before Christmas, with ease. He provided a safe and peaceful ride home. Well worth the reasonable rate for the service and we will surely be making use of this service again!
