Wir hatten einen bezaubernden Kochkurs. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir haben, neben dem Kochen, sehr viel gelacht. Leckere Pasta zubereitet, Fachwissen vermittelt bekommen und anschließend gemeinsam gegessen. Danke für den schönen Tag.

During our trip to Verona in June, 2026, my husband and I took a pasta cooking class with Valli Homemade. The owners, Valli and Dave, were wonderful hosts and teachers. We learned so much about the history of pasta, and Valli taught us her grandmother's recipes and techniques for making several different types of pasta. Valli and Dave were both funny and playful. At the end of the class, which we shared with another couple, we all ate the fettuccini and ravioli we had made together "Italian family style." It was a joyous experience! We loved it! We highly recommend them and their classes.

I had a wonderful time learning and cooking pasta! The hosts were really friendly and kind the whole evening! The whole evening was about 4 hours long! The hosts were knowledgeable about the area so I recommend booking at the beginning of your trip so you can ask for recommendations!

Si buscas una experiencia única combinada con clase de cocina esta es la mejor opción. Desde el inicio Valli y David son muy cálidos y te hacen sentir cómoda. Recomiendo mil veces esta actividad. Aprendí mucho, me divertí y me fui de ahí sintiéndome satisfecha y relajada. Imperdible y única.

Absolutely incredible experience! The class was perfectly hands-on and genuinely fun from start to finish. Valentina and Dave were fantastic host with so much personality—warm, entertaining, and clearly passionate about what they do. As someone with specific food restrictions, I was so impressed by how thoughtfully they accommodated my needs. The meal was both healthy and delicious! The space itself was the perfect best of both worlds - cozy and inviting, yet totally professional.

We had a really great time with Vallì and Dave, and at the same time, we learned how to make a delicious tiramisu.These two truly have such a positive energy. We all go through difficulties in life, but we should intentionally give ourselves moments to step away from stress and overthinking. In my opinion, Vallìs cooking class is one of the best ways to do that.We are genuinely grateful to them for this wonderful feeling and experience.

Valli and Dave welcomed us with open arms into their home to teach us the art of pasta making! I was there with husband, sister, brother in law and brother. We all had a fabulous time. I enjoyed the camaraderie in the kitchen. Valli has such a nice way about her. She & Dave really make it fun! Then the best part, we sat down to a delicious meal!

It was mine and my partners first time visiting Verona and we thought a cooking class would be a great way to experience some the Italian cuture, and we weren't wrong. Vallí and Dave were absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and made their home feel like ours, the knowledge that Vallí had on traditional Italian dishes was amazing especially when you find out that the dishes are salt and sugar free and didnt taste any different. Honestly, this was best expirence of our trip, Dave was so supportive and and such a laugh my partner still talks about the jokes he was cracking 😂Thank you Vallí and Dave hosting and for giving us such a special memory to look back on when we think of Verona 😊
