Vallì and her husband Dave were both accommodating and fun. The class was super fun, educational and located in a lively area of Verona. It's very close to the main train station if you are hopping between areas/cities within Italy. Glad we booked this class! It was only about 2.5-3 hours and we get to eat what we made. If you are looking to do some more planned activities, I highly recommend. If you have dietary restrictions, this may also be a good option as Valli specializes in cooking with little to no salt, sugar, etc so very clean and fresh ingredients. What an utterly lovely experience! From the moment we arrived and Valli met us on the street, we felt very welcome and at home.
