Valli and Dave welcomed us with open arms into their home to teach us the art of pasta making! I was there with husband, sister, brother in law and brother. We all had a fabulous time. I enjoyed the camaraderie in the kitchen. Valli has such a nice way about her. She & Dave really make it fun! Then the best part, we sat down to a delicious meal!

It was mine and my partners first time visiting Verona and we thought a cooking class would be a great way to experience some the Italian cuture, and we weren't wrong. Vallí and Dave were absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and made their home feel like ours, the knowledge that Vallí had on traditional Italian dishes was amazing especially when you find out that the dishes are salt and sugar free and didnt taste any different. Honestly, this was best expirence of our trip, Dave was so supportive and and such a laugh my partner still talks about the jokes he was cracking 😂Thank you Vallí and Dave hosting and for giving us such a special memory to look back on when we think of Verona 😊

Please take a moment to read as this experience was a highlight of my trip to Verona. I reached out to book a class with Valli and Dave because I have two young kids, aged 3 and 5. I had thought we could do the dinner class, however, Valli asked if I would rather do a custom lunch class and I thought a slightly shorter class would be perfect during the day. Their attention to detail, charisma with the kids and ability to keep them engaged, focused and making pasta was incredible. I would go back in a heartbeat. Valli was even nice enought to make a custom sauce from fresh grape tomatoes for the kids as I wasn't sure they would want the lovely chive and lemon version that was effortlessly prepared for the adults.
