I was in Verona recently with a group of friends - we were lucky enough to get to have a pasta making class with Valli and Dave! If you want a cooking experience that you will remember forever, hosted in a beautiful, spotless, airy family home, this is the one for you! Valli and Dave are so friendly and approachable. They work together seamlessly (with Dave providing humor and sous-chef skills :)). I've done pasta making classes before and come away without quite enough hands on practice to make it something I could do again, and Valli changed that! Her clear instructions and the opportunity to practice multiple times ensured that I actually acquired a new skill! She made sure to visit with each member of our group (there were 8 of us), and really made the learning fun. She showed us how to use multiple tools, and made pasta shapes we had not seen before. This class was the highlight of my time in Verona this year - I can't say enough good things about it! Don't hesitate to book this class!

A memorable time with two genuinely charming people. Valli and Dave made us feel welcome in their home and kitchen and taught us how to make gnocchi in a clear and entertaining manner. During our trip to Verona in June, 2026, my husband and I took a pasta cooking class with Valli Homemade. The owners, Valli and Dave, were wonderful hosts and teachers. We learned so much about the history of pasta, and Valli taught us her grandmother's recipes and techniques for making several different types of pasta. Valli and Dave were both funny and playful. At the end of the class, which we shared with another couple, we all ate the fettuccini and ravioli we had made together "Italian family style." It was a joyous experience! We loved it! We highly recommend them and their classes.

I had a wonderful time learning and cooking pasta! The hosts were really friendly and kind the whole evening! The whole evening was about 4 hours long! The hosts were knowledgeable about the area so I recommend booking at the beginning of your trip so you can ask for recommendations!

Absolutely incredible experience! The class was perfectly hands-on and genuinely fun from start to finish. Valentina and Dave were fantastic host with so much personality—warm, entertaining, and clearly passionate about what they do. As someone with specific food restrictions, I was so impressed by how thoughtfully they accommodated my needs. The meal was both healthy and delicious! The space itself was the perfect best of both worlds - cozy and inviting, yet totally professional.

We had a really great time with Vallì and Dave, and at the same time, we learned how to make a delicious tiramisu.These two truly have such a positive energy. We all go through difficulties in life, but we should intentionally give ourselves moments to step away from stress and overthinking. In my opinion, Vallìs cooking class is one of the best ways to do that.We are genuinely grateful to them for this wonderful feeling and experience.

Myself and my Mom had a class with Valli in July. We had the most amazing time! The class was so informative and fun and Valli and Dave are so friendly and welcoming. The food and wine we had was delicious and I recommend to anyone travelling to Verona. I am not very creative, but after the class I am making pasta at home successfully!
