It's very close to the main train station if you are hopping between areas/cities within Italy. Glad we booked this class! It was only about 2.5-3 hours and we get to eat what we made. If you are looking to do some more planned activities, I highly recommend. If you have dietary restrictions, this may also be a good option as Valli specializes in cooking with little to no salt, sugar, etc so very clean and fresh ingredients. What an utterly lovely experience! From the moment we arrived and Valli met us on the street, we felt very welcome and at home. This pasta making class in Verona was the highlight of our trip to Italy! Valli is a great teacher and the cooking class was lovely with a small group of four. The lesson was paced perfectly with the right balance of demonstrating different techniques and letting us have a go. We were equipped with so many useful tips to help us feel confident to approach making homemade pasta (including what to do if you make a mistake or your dough is falling apart!). The lesson includes the group preparing tagliatelle and ravioli as well as demonstration of lots of other techniques and tricks. We couldn't wait to try this again at home and were able to replicate this successfully at home thanks to the clear instructions and guidance from this class.Not only was the cooking class outstanding, but the welcoming environment provided by Valli and Davide was second to none. Their company at dinner made us feel at home and like we had known them for much longer than 4 hours, and Valli's sauces to go with both pasta dishes were delicious and I will 100% be using these recipes again.Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this class to others (and wish we could do it all over again!)
