I can not thank Dog-in-a-box enough for all the help with my Weineramer puppy, Blanche. I initially did the 4wk puppy training course which was superb and so helpful. It was fun, and so good for socialising a young puppy. Pa was fantastic, so knowledgeable and calming. A few months later I was struggling with house training, recall and had lost my confidence. I organised two sessions at my home with Pa. She is a fairy godmother. I have my confidence back and a happy puppy. I also know she will be there if I need support again. Less

I cant recommend Pa and her lovely dog training facilities and skills enough. My children and I went to individual lessons after my dog had broken his leg early on. She was encouraging and knowledgeable right from the start. Her patience helped my younger daughter's confidence with our dog and I truly believe it helped us all bond, what a great start! I am so happy that I found Pa and Dog in a Box and can definitely recommend her.We started our agility journey when my wcs turned 1 but after a few months we stopped as we felt she wasn’t mentally mature enough. About 18 months later I happened upon Pa’s post offering an agility taster session and we haven’t looked back.Every obstacle Polly threw at us (be that sitting & refusing to jump or following a scent) Pa just simply came up with different ways to get her attention/focus back - each week it seemed like it was “forget what we did last week, try…”. 7 months on and my spanner is starting to run proper courses - couldn’t be prouder of her and so impressed with Pa & her knowledge.Thank you so much from both Polly and myself. I did 1-2-1 with my GSD and my wife has done the adolescence training with our other one. The difference in the pair of them in such a short space of time has been incredible. Our boy Odin is a very anxious dog and the support from Pa and her dog wobble has been incredible and has massively boosted his confidence. A few months ago we attended the Lightning Recall workshop with our new rescue young dog we'd just brought back from Spain. I've had dogs all my life, but mostly Labradors - this young hound breed was certainly going to be a challenge to tame! Our primary concern was recall. We didn't need her to perform tricks or even be perfect on the lead etc, but we did want to enjoy long country hikes with her safe in the knowledge we could get her back! Incredibly- and much to our continued astonishment, the 2 hours we spent with Pa at this workshop literally changed everything! I can't stop telling everyone- especially those dog owners who are too scared they might not get their dog back if they let them off the lead - to go and learn this simple (and fun!) method of recall ~ it'll change everything you thought you knew - and makes PERFECT sense 🙌 Less
