The service was really good—tons of flakes everywhere. Tim and Brett have been awesome from start to finish. They even came back to grind some spots that were a bit rough and pointy, even after we paid them. Honestly, they’re super responsible, which is rare compared to other contractors who just disappear after you’ve paid.

Excellent customer service! This company did a great job on the garage floor. There was damage to the floor & they were able to repair it and put a beautiful finish on the floor. The crew was polite, professional and very courteous. Very pleased with their results. Could not be happier! Would recommend them to everyone who wants an ugly garage floor made BEAUTIFUL!

We definitely recommend using Epoxy Floor Pros for your flooring needs! We got a few different quotes for this service, and one company even said that epoxy floors would not be great if using the garage for a gym (which we intend to) and that discoloration could occur if using floor mats for more than 30 days. Having been told that, we decided to not do the garage floors and when Ray followed up with us about the quote we got from them, we explained this was our reason why. Long story short, they assured us that many of their clients have gym equipment and mats on their floors without any issues should we decide to change our minds. With that, and after being able to discuss our budget for the project, we went ahead and booked them.The process was very easy with lots of communication and reminders. The project was scheduled for the exact day we had in mind to do it and was done in 1-day. The 2 workers who came to do the garage itself were very professional and did an outstanding job. Overall, we are very pleased about having our garage floor done and could not be happier with how they turned out.A few pointers if it helps anyone else – I wanted to pay cash but had to use another method (no big deal). Also, we did not occupy the residence yet and it took us by surprise that we had to keep the garage cracked open for a few days – not a big deal either but would just have been helpful to know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly. We bought a few wood pallets and placed in front of the garage to protect the floor from any bugs, dust, leaves, etc. and for peace of mind since we did not live in the home yet.
