Had a great consultation with Scott today who squeezed me in as an emergency. He explained everything fully and did lots of tests to assess the damage in my lower back. Nothing was rushed and he was very easy to speak too. Bring on Monday morning with Dr Alex ….. time to blast out my bulging discs issues and get back to a pain free life!

I definitely have felt the benefits of going to Back to Health Hertford to treat my arm and back issues. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming , every session I’ve been talked through step by step the actions involved with the treatment and I can honestly say i couldn’t recommend them higher. I had my first appointment with Lauren a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t believe how thorough she was going through my history and the pain I was experiencing. She is friendly, approachable and so knowledgable. I felt really comfortable and would really recommend her. Her treatment has already really helped.

Over the last few years Alex has helped me several times over come and work past injuries from football and CrossFit. I have had a bad back for years and Alex has been amazing at helping me keep active and helping repair my back when I have pushed to hard. Can not recommend him highly enough.
