I was sold a treatment that was supposed to have results in one treatment. I was not happy with results when I left and checked out. I told the staff and technician I was not happy. I didn’t get any response other than sorry to hear that. I called back to speak with manager week later trying to be more understanding but was told once again sorry that happened and they can see why I was upset. The marketing company they used just said anything to get me to try services. While I was there I felt there focus was on trying to sell be expensive other products and treatments and not provide the one I signed up for. They refused to credit my card for the service and said they were going to address the misleading sales practices with the outside company. I don’t like deceptive sales tactics. Nice fancy salon disappointed with their acceptance of trickeries

I went to see them the first time for a promotion program and then I ended up doing two procedures. The place is pretty however the person that took care of me was very pushy sales person. They wanted me to sign up for a package which is 3500.00. When I was there and listening to the speech of the sales lady my blood sugar went down and I started getting dizzy and feeling very badly. The sales lady gave me a yogurt and feel a little bit. While I am dizzy they gave me documents to sign which I am not sure what I signed. They also told me every time we go there they will do 3 procedure each session. I went for my first session and I was there for 35 minutes only and they did 3 procedures at the same time. I complain about the short length of time to do 3 procedure. They said from the time you walk in and you leave you can stay for one hour only and they will do 3 procedure. They did not explain this to me when they try to sell the package to me. The main reason I went there was for my double chin and they said that this package will for sure it will help with my double chin issue. When I went for my first official schedule appointment they try to up-sale again that I should go at least 2 times a week for 3 months if I want to get help for my double chin. I was shocked what the lady said. I was so pissed and just left the spa. I went for my second session and I explain to the lady front desk my concern and did not stay there long and I asked for my money back. She said they will have the sales lady that sold me to call me back in couple of days. So far two weeks later no one has called me up yet to speak with me about my concern. I am extremely upset and disappointed.
