I truly appreciate all the support, guidance, and encouragement I received while completing and RPL to have my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. It has been a very rewarding experience, and I’ve gained valuable knowledge and confidence that I apply daily in my role.In terms of feedback, what stood out the most was the flexibility of the RPL process and the ongoing support from the team (CJ and Vashantha). Communication was always clear and supportive 24/7, which made a big difference. Vasantha Reddy was extremely helpful. I have never been supported by someone such as her. I have studied at University but had been let down by lack of support or support coming too late. Vasantha kicked me into gear and was quite assertive with me that encouraged me to pick myself up and get into the right frame of mind to pick myself up and get to work with her. She is an amazing communicator and focussed on me in a respectful and encouraging way. I wish I had someone like her while I was doing Uni studies I would have have passed with flying colours.
