My daughter and I were gifted a family heirloom ring that belonged to my mother-in-law, before her passing. My husband wished for us to each have a ring made from the diamonds contained in the original ring. From the first meeting and throughout the entire process, Katherine was wonderful. When we first presented the idea to her she spent well over an hour helping us to figure out ring designs that would coordinate with our current rings and that we would be happy with. She was very pleasant, friendly, kind and professional. She has a true gift for designing jewelry and patiently answered our many questions during the design conversation and follow up. She laid out everything in detail, including pricing and potential trade in options to help offset the final cost. The store itself is beautiful, with many beautiful pieces of jewelry. All of the staff were pleasant and professional every time I visited. It was definitely a 5 star experience and product!

I am so lucky to have found this gem of a store! Their service is top-notch. Very honest and kind. I had a bracelet that was broken and they fixed it and it looks brand new!
