We had a great experience with Mike as our dog trainer. 8 sessions and our puppy Layla is like a whole new dog. Mike is super knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help us with Layla. Highly recommended!

We hired Mike originally because we have a boxer 11 months old who was becoming impossible to take on walks despite every“no pul” harness imaginable! But we quickly learned she also had issues jumping on people and over excitement! We just thought, oh shes just a puppy she will outgrow this but we soon realized it was only getting worse the bigger she got! Within one session we saw a difference in our girl. Mike is truly a dog lover and this is very evident. He loves what he does because in the end the dog becomes manageable but also the dog becomes happy and less stressed too ! We now walk our dog with ease. We can bring her into a public store - no problem ! Mike is patient and took his time with each of our family members to make sure we were properly doing what we needed to do. Even took us to Home Depot to do training in public with lots of distractions ! Mike was flexible with our work schedule! Mike has an amazing dog that comes along to the training sessions!!! Mike is passionate in what he does and we now have a dog we can manage anywhere!!Boxers aren't always the easiest to train, But with his techniques our pup did extremely well!! I highly recommend him. The old saying is true, you get what pay for ! This was the best investment!! I’m quite confident my dog would not have succeeded in the basicObedience classes that you can get cheaply at PetSmart !!! It came down to understanding dogs, How their mind works What what their natural wild Instincts are … etc. And what dogs really want and need from their families!Dogs are looking for a leader in their families and Mike taught us how to become that and more!!! I would do this program again in a heartbeat!!!!
