Personal Plumbing was recommended by another plumber who could not complete the work for me. Lukas and Dylan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me 3 options and payment plans to deal with the issue. They were professional and helpful explained everything in detail. Great crew including Lukas and Dylan came back next several days and worked in the hot sun to fix everything. Every person was kind and considerate. they left my house immaculate. I've used this company for many years and many projects from personal home to rental properties. I've always been happy with them which is why I continue to use them. But recently they went even further above and beyond expectations and got a problem solved at a rental unit even though I had sent them out requesting the wrong repairs. They turned it around and brought out the equipment I actually needed and got everything installed and working great within a few hours. And they are great people to work with on top of doing a great job.

Highly recommend. My water heater blew it's bottom. Must have been slowly leaking for some time (literally had mushrooms growing out of the drywall) and I needed to replace a bunch of drywall and the stand. They accommodated my request to remove today (with full payment) and install when I got the repairs completed. They also installed a recirculation pump (purchased separately) so I don't have to wait so long for the shower to heat up.Professional service techs and a great company all around (they were recommended to me by my step father, he's been using them for years and gave me some history) and I recommend them to anyone reading. Won't need any other numbers for plumbers in my phone going forward.UPDATE: more work done (guest shower valve) but same experience (new person doing the work) remain highly recommended

Had a leak from an upstairs shower that dripped down into a bedroom ceiling and caused some drywall damage and a mess on the bottom floor. Called Personal Plumbing and they gave me a window and showed up within the alloted time frame. Shon and Randy showed up quickly diagnosed the issue and made repairs. Excellent service and professionalism. They explained the process, the various options, and provided a quote for the work. We agreed on the solution and they went to work immediately! Definitely pleased with the repairs, the professional process and all aspects! Also, the price was very reasonable! This was my first experience with Personal Plumbing, but they will be my go to in the future and I now have them saved to my contacts! Highly recommended! A++ service!
