We were notified by our tenant that there was a potential water leak in the foundation of our townhome. After some research I called Personal Plumbing and they were able to accommodate a same day inspection of the property. David was assigned to our repair request and within a short time he provided an assessment, scope of repairs and an estimate. He was very informative and matter of fact of what was required to repair the leak without impacting the foundation of the townhouse. As such we went ahead and scheduled the replacement of all the indoor hot and cold water piping as well as the feed from the meter. Since the property is tenant occupied, we were very happy to hear that they could do the repairs within 48 hours and that it would only take about a day and a half to complete. From early communications and advice, and up to the completion or repairs we were very happy with David’s professionalism. We had a recent follow up "lateral sewer line" inspection from a previous problem. On arrival, Eric and Daniel pledged to take good care of us, and so they did. After a lot of work to just gain access to the pipe, they found unexpectedly bad pipe-cracks with a lot of tree roots. They jetted and descaled 30' of pipe that first visit and gave us a very competitive bid to insert an epoxy resin liner on the second. All went well -- which helped avoid a major imminent sewer blockage, and they shared videos of the before and after. They also provided documentation and a follow up scan for a local waste-water district partial reimbursement. Last but not least, they took care of a couple of minor plumbing issues inside our house at no extra charge. We can't say enough about the company's friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. I can see why they are highly rated. Our water heater started leaking. They were able to send someone out that same day and replace it in 3 hours. Price is fair. I wish he discussed with us about downsizing the water heater from 42 gallon tank as there is only 3 of us in the house or converting to a tankless water heater. Great experience everytime I choose them just had an A/C drain clog and got a great price to re-duct my A/C ducting as we had dirt entering the vents and no airflow in the master bed. They took the time to seal all areas and went to each room and adjusted the airflow so it was even in each room. Only feedback is the cover they used on the capret has a oily supstance that went through to the carpet but was easy to spot clean. May want to change that cover out. I founda leak under my bathroom sink at 11:00 pm. Looked for a plumber and found Personal Plumbing Heating & Cooling, and they were right down the street from my home. I called early in the morning and someone answered the phone right away. They took my information and set up an appointment for that same day at noon. I was so shocked I could get an appointment so quick. When the plumber showed up, he was very nice, professional, and did a great job. ( He was also a Raiders fan like me) he took care of the leak under my sink. The price was reasonable. I have used another professional plumbing company in the past however, prices were way out of reach and expensive for me.
