Zach has literally been my hero throughout this entire process . He is so knowledgeable about mold and all the tools and just down to every detail he explained everything to me from start to finish and went above and beyond before I even hired him. He checked every little nook and cranny and went over any little things or questions I had . He saved me tons of time, money, and energy showing me what actually needed to be done and what didn’t . Other companies came by and we’re going to charge me double and do a lot of unnecessary work and Zach actually went around to each area of the house and tested the air quality and saw what actually needed to ripped out and repaired and what could just be fogged up and wiped down and i could go on for hours of how much he helped throughout this agonizing process but he was just a sweet angel and went beyond the call of duty and was super positive and uplifting and so nice to talk to . He came early and helped move things for me and got my entire garage ceiling knocked out in one day and did such a great job cleaning up and then came back and did the treatment and he was in and out and I am so pleased by the job he did . We had a company come back with a similar offer but didn’t go into as much detail about what he was offering and wasn’t as knowledgeable and didn’t seem that enthusiastic about his job but offered a little bit of a better price and Zack matched the offer for us and then came back and did all his hard work .
