I highly recommend Costa oil change. I have been using them for several years. In addition my 19 year old daughter went there about 3 weeks ago. She was nervous about pulling her car in, so they gladly did it for her, didn’t make her feel bad about it and didn’t try and upsell her or talk her into unnecessary things because she was young. I went to Advance auto parts to buy the oil and called Costa to see if they were able to take me that day. The manager was coming back when the young man said I bought the wrong oil. The manager asked what was going on and we told him the story and he said he would take care of it all. To make a long story short they changed my oil and I was on the road eight hours later and I cannot thank them enough for all they did for me. I will not go anywhere else anymore for an oil change. I will pass on how wonderful they were to work with and I highly recommend them. After my small trip and came back home I decided to take another trip just up to Erie. It was so nice driving knowing that I didn’t have to worry about getting the oil changed. Seriously if you need any of that kind of work call them they were fantastic to work with!!! Less

We bought our car here and they drain the transmission fluid and overfilled the engine oil which leaked all until the pistons didn't check the oil levels had only 119 year old kid unsupervised following no procedures. And then when they started the motor they bent the rods it had to be towed from the shop and it's 6 weeks and they were hiding trying not to address the... More

The tech who changed my oil was very kind and was the first person to show me how to reset my oil light. My 8 year old daughter was with me and he listened to us chit chat in the car. Once the oil change was over, he suprised her with an adorable Costa Oil plush car. Made her day! Wonderful all around service and will become our regular oil place.... More
