Joey is the best mold remediation consultant and contractor that money can buy. Before Joey came to my rescue, I had to deal with 5-6 other mold "specialist" companies/individuals that gave me the runaround, tried the scare tactics about "Texas regulatory requirements," gave misleading information, delayed scheduling, and kept me in a nightmarish loop for nearly two weeks when I was trying to get everything in order to sell my house. Then came Joey, who promptly answered my call, explained that he's booked beyond capacity, but, even so, squeezed me in on his tight schedule. He took the time to explain what exactly is required under the Texas law, pointed me to the TDLR source directly, and disabused me of the scare tactics that the others in the mold remediation industry unscrupulously use on homeowners who are too scared to question the "specialist." Joey got down to the bottom of the issue, addressed it in the most expeditious and efficient way possible, while still complying with the law without overcharging for unnecessary steps. He is super detail-oriented, takes pride in his profession, and has the best customer service mindset I've seen in any residential service provider I've ever dealt with. If you ever have mold remediation issues in your home or commercial property, no job is too small or too big for Joey--he will take excellent care of you.
