Andi was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for not only me as the house inspector but for the clients buying the house. Completed a 3 Phase Inspection for Andi and her client. Holly Haven and John Garms were both so helpful in finding us our new home! We started the process with no experience and wondering what we would even qualify for in April 2022. By July we were the happy owners of a lovely and historic home, and under budget! More than that they are fully knowledgeable in this area, and they put me in touch with the right title, loan, and insurance professionals to fit my needs. But I loved most about the process with them is that they are patient and caring through the whole process, even when it inevitably gets frustrating. We happen to purchase in the middle of the late 22 interest hikes, and our sellers did not leave the property in the best condition, But Holly was willing to go to bat for us and make sure we were taken care of, even after closing. I can't recommend them enough, especially for first-time home buyers.
