Well what can I say I spoke to nick a few day’s ago & got a good response straight away, came today & sorted the floor screeding in our front room as it wasn’t level to our new extension fantastic work nick much appreciated will definitely recommend his work.

Express Screed did the floor screed on our self build project Friday. Nick prepped the job with great detail and talked us through the process step by step. The 125m2 was completed on the day and the finish is excellent, with the levels just where i needed them for the front door and lift and slide / full height windows. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
