After a collapse of a retaining garden wall, which caused the garden to landslide into the neighbours property, it was decided that an engineered wall and foundation was to be built to prevent any future landslide. The wall was designed to use mesh reinforced foundation with a C35 concrete mix. The site access was poor and it was decided to use the experts at Express Screed Ltd. They came out surveyed the excavation and quantified how much concrete we would need and also where they would set up their pumping equipment. Express turned up on the agreed time and date and set about pumping the concrete into the foundations. The complete job took less than hour all we did was watch...they took complete control and from start to finish they are very professional at what they do....they even cleaned up!. We were very happy with the service given from Express Screed Ltd...and all at competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Less

Nick laid God knows how much UFH pipe over 3 zones..with 50mm insulation plus around 5.2 cubic metres of Intregracure liquid screed on top of around 60m2 of concrete slab. He turned the whole thing around in under 2 two days which is remarkable really.The slab had previously had a battened floating floor and had caused me pain for years with it's creaking, unevenness and freezing cold in the winter. Nick and Rob got me sorted with a floor that's flat, level and lovely and warm in the winter. My family visit now and comment on how warm the house is. The results were professional and turned around quickly.Recommended. Less

I have recently used Express Screed to carry out the installation of the Uponor Minitec UFH system within our open plan kitchen and entrance areas. Throughout the whole progress Nick was extremely helpful and efficient. He completed the works within the planned timeframe and to an excellent quality. During some other renovation works we found a leak on the existing underfloor heating system.
