Express Screed did the floor screed on our self build project Friday. Nick prepped the job with great detail and talked us through the process step by step. The 125m2 was completed on the day and the finish is excellent, with the levels just where i needed them for the front door and lift and slide / full height windows. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I rang Express Screed for advice with an issue with my kitchen floor (raised tile above screed level) and underfloor heating. Nick came out to inspect the floor and offered very straight forward advice on what was causing the issue and how to remedy it. As the problem was one I could attend to myself, there was no financial gain for Nick. It was great to deal with someone who was honest and helpful. Thank you Nick.
