I feel very grateful to have reached out to Dr Castro’s office for a second opinion. I got into an accident decades ago and am still dealing with the repercussions physically and my situation had become somewhat dire. I had two front teeth with active infections that I have been trying to get treated for over a year and had an unsuccessful start/stop with a different practice that gratefully lead me to Smile Specialists for the second opinion. Dr Castro placed the appropriate urgency on my situation and his wonderful staff cleared time immediately so that he could address with a 3 hour surgery. I am very happy to say, two weeks later that for the first time since 2024 my mouth feels infection free.There was one other aspect of my visit that really impressed me, his recognition that my teeth are prone to getting cavities so he prescribed a fluoride toothpaste and gel to actually strengthen my existing teeth. It is such an obvious approach and I am surprised this is the first dentist to recommend. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you have more advanced dental issues, they are pricey but worth it.

The best prosthodontics experience I have ever had. Very clean modern environment. Great interaction starting at the front desk. My implant was done 40 years ago in another State and with no prior records, Dr. Kim went above and beyond to analyze a very complex situation. He consulted with Dr. Castro, owner, who is so caring, gentle and pleasant, and assured me they would figure out my situation. My daughter has Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia and it affects the teeth . She was only born with 3 teeth and that’s it. She is 4 and sometimes feels sad because she doesn’t have a full smile and never will like her friends.
