My implant was done 40 years ago in another State and with no prior records, Dr. Kim went above and beyond to analyze a very complex situation. He consulted with Dr. Castro, owner, who is so caring, gentle and pleasant, and assured me they would figure out my situation. My daughter has Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia and it affects the teeth . She was only born with 3 teeth and that’s it. She is 4 and sometimes feels sad because she doesn’t have a full smile and never will like her friends. I had a dental implant at Georgia Prosthodontist in Duluth and everyone was so professional, kind and accommodating. I would like to point out a few special people that worked with me personally. Thank you to Ms.Tie who worked with my implant doctor. She did my exrays and prep for the doctor. She was a breath of fresh air. Her customer service skills and bedside manors were top notch. She really cares about those she serve and I thank Ms. Tie for making me feel so comfortable and safe. Also Ms. Denisa cleaned my teeth and again she did an outstanding job. She made sure that I was completely satisfied and she was also very kind , caring and professional. Dr. Kim did my implant and I am extremely happy with the temporary tooth and can't wait to receive my permanent implant. Dr. Kim was professional and he asked questions to be sure I got exactly what I needed from him. He listened and he also made sure that I was comfortable during my procedure. What blew me away is the beautiful facility and all this new technology. No more putting that awful pink stuff in your mouth to get the imprint of your teeth. All of this is now done by a computer. This facility is futuristic without a doubt. I am so happy that I was referred to this facility by someone at the VA hospital. I am a veteran. Again thank you all.
