He was polite, courteous, and right on time for both visits.Carter clearly explained everything from start to finish and patiently answered all of our questions. He made sure we fully understood the work before getting started and didn’t proceed until we were completely satisfied.He also left the work area clean and took the time to offer helpful advice on other plumbing issues in our home. I own a business in schomberg and was out of town and of course, the toilet clogged! I called Carter late Friday morning and he was there in a few hours to fix it - and stayed late on a Friday to make sure it was done. He had to remove the toilet and did so with care, re-caulking the toilet and making sure everything was done correctly and left my business neat and tidy for business Saturday morning. He went above and beyond and I am SO grateful to him. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
