Devin and Macy are the WORST bosses I’ve ever worked for. I was a full time staff and was told I’d get 30-40 hours a week, I never even managed to get over 25. Some weeks it was less than 15. You have to use your own vehicle and drive sometimes 30-40 minutes away and he doesn’t reimburse you. Severely underpaid. After a while he didn’t want me to have his personal number and gave me some automated work number!!! I’m an employee!! He never answers his phone and will deliberately ignore your texts and change the subject. He docks you over 100 dollars if you request time off. He doesn’t tell you what houses you will clean or how long until the night before. He calls you while you’re already off work to go do unexpected jobs. He practically has you beg the clients to leave him a review. He lacks common sense. He doesn’t clean any of the houses but just makes a profit off of you cleaning. He over prices these poor clients. He’s a lazy 20 year old who decided to take over his wife’s company because she chose to pursue a different career, when he doesn’t even know how to work a vacuum. Whenever you express that you need more hours and think it’s unfair that he promised you all these great things… he will tell you to leave even though you helped run his company. There are tons of better cleaning companies out there and I think even a monkey could run a better business than Devin and Macy. I wouldn’t recommend working for this company or even getting your house cleaned by them. The cleaning supplies doesn’t do anything and smells like piss. Don’t waste your time, I did and it will be my biggest regret. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
