Karin is great at structuring the workouts for my goals, and is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I was weighing 227 lbs at 5'7' tall, I knew my normal weight should be around 185lbs but did not know how to get there. And then I found Karin's website. I Read more about reviews stating she was a Life Changer and was impressed with the results others were getting. I called her and asked her to help me. Karin designed a low calories deficiency plan for me along with specific exercise tailor for my age. I have being with Karin for 4 months now and lost 27 pounds and went from a 44 waist size to 38 and the best is yet to come cause I am not done yet. She keeps me motivated and gives me sound advice. Karin always spends a great deal of time listening to what I want in a diet rather than forcing me to confirm to eating in a way I'm not comfortable with. My biggest issue was always sticking to a really strict diet that didn't take into account my cravings or current eating habits. I just wasn't able to sustain those diets long-term.
