My mantra nowadays is: always question, always verify. Now, if someone is trying to tell me I can get certain results if I do something he or she recommends, that guy better live his truth. Show don’t tell. I know that I was gonna get the best out of the content itself, since the person teaching it is walking the talk. Ok enough praises about him. Content: The content is well-structured, comes with hands on practice with your classmates. I have what I call the ADHD mind, my mind wanders whenever someone drones on more than 10mins, unless the content is rly interesting, I’ll see you in space. Final words: Tbh, I came out of curiosity to see what I’ll find. I was not looking for a resolution, it was more of a maybe this could help kinda thing. And it did exceed my expectations. For example, visualisation exercise on day two to search for happy memories made me realise how unhappy I’ve become in the pursuit of certain goals over the last few years & why I wasn’t happy even though I got what I wanted. While trying to shake off the shackles of the past, I became entangled in future. And that was where I got stuck. That was a aha moment for me. So, to anyone who is looking for resolution and way out in whatever situation you’re in, I hope you find whatever you seek. Maybe you might find what you are looking for here. Less
