I came across Huracán Nero through an Instagram ad and was intrigued by their comprehensive ceramic coating package, which included a full foam wash, clay bar treatment, iron decontamination, deep wheel cleaning, level 1 paint correction, and a 10-year ceramic coating with warranty for $995. After filling out an inquiry form, I received a prompt call to schedule the service, which was efficient and professional. I paid a $95 deposit upfront. On the day of service, I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile—like covering my Uber ride home. I added a full interior detail with ceramic coating for $250. The next day, they notified me my car was ready about 28 hours after drop-off. However, I did experience a lengthy wait before the car was brought out. When I inspected the car, it was inside with very dim lighting, which made it difficult to examine the work closely. The exterior looked fantastic and they said they did a two-step paint correction for the hood and back of the car, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, they also informed me they ran out of ceramic coating for the interior, so I only received application on the driver area, which felt odd given the company's focus on ceramic coating. They offered a $50 discount for this. I had left and once I was in the sun, I noticed several details like makeup marks on the passenger mirror and dirt in areas such as the charge port, wheel wells, and the edges of the windows, which didn’t meet the quality I’d expected from a "full interior detail." To their credit, when I returned with my concerns, the team acknowledged the issues and refunded the $200 for the interior detail. They took the car back to address some of the areas I’d pointed out, which showed a willingness to make it right, but the experience left me questioning their quality assurance processes and how they treat less luxurious cars (I have a 2023 Tesla Model 3), especially given their excellent reputation with 5-star reviews from over 400 customers. Overall, Huracán Nero offers a compelling package at a fair price, but attention to detail and quality control could improve. If you go with them, be clear on expectations and inspect the car thoroughly before leaving.

I couldn't have picked a better place for an high-level auto detail! Huracan Auto was impecable with their customer service and attention to detail from the second they called me to schedule an appointment. Alex was extremely helpful during our initial call, answered every question and always with great enthusiasm and detail. When I dropped off the car with Obed, it almost fell like I was visiting a family member. He was so professional, friendly, excited and willing to answer all questions prior to starting. They also kept me inform throughout the process via calls, texts and picture updates of the car. Pick up with Julio was a breeze and WOW! My car looked better than it did when I picked it up for the dealership. I can’t THANK YOU ALL enough for making this such an enjoyable and memorable “errand” experience. Having lived in Austin for a few years, I've finally found the place that I will trust with detailing all my vehicles! As someone who is extremely meticulous about my car, I recently entrusted Huracan Nero Luxury Auto Spa with a ceramic coating treatment, and the results have been nothing short of phenomenal. 👏 From the moment I reached out, Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with. He accommodated my schedule perfectly, having me in and out within a weekend, which was incredibly convenient. Julio and the team were incredible as well, and they performed a full clay bar treatment, iron decontamination wash, and a meticulous 1-step paint polish. They managed to remove stubborn water spots that had been etched into the paint for over two years, as well as high spots in the original clearcoat that I thought were permanent. Julio was understanding and listened to my feedback. I had some additional high spots that needed to be buffed out, and Josh was incredibly helpful in addressing all my concerns as well. Not only did they restore the paint to a flawless finish, but they also polished the glass to remove residue that had been present since I took delivery of the car. All the swirl marks from my previous attempts at washing and polishing with waterless wash and wax are completely gone. I have to admit, I was initially skeptical about ceramic coatings. I never believed they could make such a significant difference, but the results have FAR exceeded my expectations. After the treatment, I washed my car with ONR, and the water beaded right off like never before. The hydrophobic properties are astounding, making maintenance so much easier. Knowing that there's a durable 10H layer protecting the clearcoat gives me peace of mind. The car's shine is truly remarkable—the pictures speak for themselves. I didn't even know the red could shine like this! 🧿 I'm thrilled I decided to invest in this service. The attention to detail and care that Huracan Nero put into my car was exceptional, and they made sure all my concerns were addressed. I’ve been looking for a place to do a high quality detail on my vehicles for quite some time. Then I found Huracán Nero Luxury Auto Spa through Instagram and was immediately excited to reach out based on all the 5 star reviews and the pictures of previous clients’ cars. I received a 10-year ceramic coating on 2 of my vehicles and will be sending my 3rd vehicle in for the same service! From the initial call with Alex, where he spent 30 minutes answering all kinds of questions, to the car intake process, constant clear communication while they had the vehicle, pick-up, walk-through, and every step in between, the team did a phenomenal job. The customer service, the quality of the job, the clear communication, and the overall friendliness of the team was fantastic! I would highly recommend sending your vehicles to them!
