I came across Huracán Nero through an Instagram ad and was intrigued by their comprehensive ceramic coating package, which included a full foam wash, clay bar treatment, iron decontamination, deep wheel cleaning, level 1 paint correction, and a 10-year ceramic coating with warranty for $995. After filling out an inquiry form, I received a prompt call to schedule the service, which was efficient and professional. I paid a $95 deposit upfront. On the day of service, I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile—like covering my Uber ride home. I added a full interior detail with ceramic coating for $250. The next day, they notified me my car was ready about 28 hours after drop-off. However, I did experience a lengthy wait before the car was brought out. When I inspected the car, it was inside with very dim lighting, which made it difficult to examine the work closely. The exterior looked fantastic and they said they did a two-step paint correction for the hood and back of the car, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, they also informed me they ran out of ceramic coating for the interior, so I only received application on the driver area, which felt odd given the company's focus on ceramic coating. They offered a $50 discount for this. I had left and once I was in the sun, I noticed several details like makeup marks on the passenger mirror and dirt in areas such as the charge port, wheel wells, and the edges of the windows, which didn’t meet the quality I’d expected from a "full interior detail." To their credit, when I returned with my concerns, the team acknowledged the issues and refunded the $200 for the interior detail. They took the car back to address some of the areas I’d pointed out, which showed a willingness to make it right, but the experience left me questioning their quality assurance processes and how they treat less luxurious cars (I have a 2023 Tesla Model 3), especially given their excellent reputation with 5-star reviews from over 400 customers. Overall, Huracán Nero offers a compelling package at a fair price, but attention to detail and quality control could improve. If you go with them, be clear on expectations and inspect the car thoroughly before leaving. Less

Having lived in Austin for a few years, I've finally found the place that I will trust with detailing all my vehicles! As someone who is extremely meticulous about my car, I recently entrusted Huracan Nero Luxury Auto Spa with a ceramic coating treatment, and the results have been nothing short of phenomenal. 👏 From the moment I reached out, Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with. He accommodated my schedule perfectly, having me in and out within a weekend, which was incredibly convenient. Julio and the team were incredible as well, and they performed a full clay bar treatment, iron decontamination wash, and a meticulous 1-step paint polish. They managed to remove stubborn water spots that had been etched into the paint for over two years, as well as high spots in the original clearcoat that I thought were permanent. Julio was understanding and listened to my feedback. I had some additional high spots that needed to be buffed out, and Josh was incredibly helpful in addressing all my concerns as well. Not only did they restore the paint to a flawless finish, but they also polished the glass to remove residue that had been present since I took delivery of the car. All the swirl marks from my previous attempts at washing and polishing with waterless wash and wax are completely gone. I have to admit, I was initially skeptical about ceramic coatings. I never believed they could make such a significant difference, but the results have FAR exceeded my expectations. After the treatment, I washed my car with ONR, and the water beaded right off like never before. The hydrophobic properties are astounding, making maintenance so much easier. Knowing that there's a durable 10H layer protecting the clearcoat gives me peace of mind. The car's shine is truly remarkable—the pictures speak for themselves. I didn't even know the red could shine like this! 🧿 I'm thrilled I decided to invest in this service. Then my husband sent me a link for the promo that Huracan Nero was running and they were the first to have a 5 star rating with over 300+ reviews. I was initially still hesitant because I was thinking that some of the reviews could be fake but after reading and looking at the pictures and talking to Julio I felt that it was worth the risk. Julio was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very responsive and made sure to communicate throughout the whole process. I had a huge scratch on my door frame that I really wanted repaired, (before & after pic shown below) they did a complimentary L2 paint repair upgrade and that fixed it. We're very pleased with the outcome of my car. Definitely glad that we chose Huracan Nero. Using the promo and all the upgrades it was totally worth it! The only bad thing that I can say about this experience was the instructions on how to pick up my vehicle, but that can be an easy fix with better directions. And let customers know what building you're located in since there's no address on the building that can be easily seen from the road. Overall Julio and Alex took really good care of my car. I came across Huracan Nero's ads on social media. I have been looking for a place to do some good detailing and ceramic coating. They advertised a special for the holiday weekend so I put in my info and waited for them to contact me. Julio reached out to me within a few days, we started texting then talking on the phone. He explained the package they were offering, with an 8 year guarantee. They also offered interior detailing w/ interior ceramic coating for protection. Windows and wheels too. I have 3 cars so he put a bundled package together for me and I thanked him and told him I would think about it. So in the past I have done this a couple of times - get a quote and then do some shopping around, and more research on reviews I was talking to another vendor who basically texted me pricing and a link to their reviews. Prices were pretty comparable. Some vendors got aggressive and pushy trying to close the deal while others just send the quote and you don't hear from them ever again. But Julio was different - he was very patient, answered all of my questions, he said he was going to give me some time to think about it and would follow up with me. Sure enough he texted me w/in a few days, I was busy, then he called me soon after that to inquire. He wasn't pushy, he was calm and even keeled. I read their reviews which were very good so I decided to go for it. We arranged a drop off date and time, I paid a small deposit to reserve the spot. I dropped her off (Black Beauty) and finally met Julio - very nice and very professional. He introduced me to his team, all young professional men and car enthusiasts, very polite and excited to work on my car. Then he showed me some cars they recently finished w/ ceramic coating - - wow! They looked flawless! I was impressed and they were excited to get started. Since I drove out on my own and had no ride back - Julio offered to get an Uber for me - what service! Thank you very much! Within a couple of hours they called and sent me a video of my car being worked to show me the progress. There's Level 1 and Level 2 paint correction, and the video showed the difference btwn the different paint correction results on my car - - and it was very noticeable that the L2 process produced much better results. So I gladly paid the additional fee to upgrade - because why not? I want my car to look like a 10, not an 8, and do it now before the ceramic coating goes on for 8 years. The juice was worth the squeeze. They finished my car w/in a day and I went to pick it up and - oh my - I was floored at how awesome it looked! Like a completely new car, and a significant improvement from before. The finish was smooth, water just trickles off, interior was spotless. Incredible showroom look and I was so very pleased. So based on those spectacular results I brought my White SUV (Bertha) in the following week and got the same results - a superb showroom flawless look, She had more paint flaws, yet they worked extra hard to get out some paint defects and adhesive markings that annoyed me. Now it sparkles in the sun. I was so very pleased and happy with Huracan Nero Luxury Auto Spa, their customer service and their quality of work. I have already received several compliments on my car's paint and finish and have referred them. My 3rd baby (Scarlett) is on the way there and I know she (all my cars are females) will be spectacular too. Less

I seen the ad online submitted the online form. I received a call the next day and was setup with an appointment the following day. Everything went smoothly during the drop off and pickup process. I seen the ad online submitted the online form. I received a call the next day and was setup with an appointment the following day. Everything went smoothly during the drop off and pickup process. The concerns that I have is that during the initial talk the process was not completely explained. They charged $995 for the service and I would have thought that during the conversation that I would have been told about the other options available. After they car was being worked on I received a text saying that they were almost done with the car and that for an additional charge for a second coat that helps with deeper swirls would be an additional $295. I felt that should have been explained but I decided to do it because they already had the car and I wanted it to look good. It did look good when I picked it up and the staff were very friendly. Then after looking at the documtation that was provide to me during pickup I read that it needed to cure for about 2 weeks and to stay away from rain and things like that and it was raining at the time. I only knew about it because I started to read the warranty. Also, I was told that they would coat the door jams but when I went to pick the vehicle up I asked was it done and was told that they only wipe them down and the coats only for the outside. All in all it look nice when I got it and I will wait to see how it holds up. A plus is that they did give a 5% military discount. Update: after initial review I was contacted by two different team members shortly after submitting the post. Again, they were very polite and wanted to see how could they rectify any issues. After speaking with them they are willing to complete the door jams, check the ceramic coat because of the rain, and give a clean wash when I return for the door jams. They really care about their ratings and want to make sure their customers are satisfied. For that I will update my rating. Update: team was supposed to contact me about the above issues to reschedule a date to come in. I waited to see if I would receive a call but did not. After looking at the car weeks after the coat, it just looks like if I paid for my car to be be detailed and not coated. I am not happy with the final result. Because the concerns were not corrected as agreed to and the look of the vehicle after about a month, I changed the rating. My initial rating was 3 stars, my second rating was 5 stars because of what the company agreed to. And this rating is 1 star because of the look of the vehicle and the agreement was not honored so far. Less

They worked with my schedule to ensure I could drop off and pick up my vehicle the same day, which was super convenient, I just had to pay a deposit and select an open day on their calendar. I took my 2022 Tahoe Z71 in for a paint correction and 8 year ceramic coating. Julio did incredible work. The paint correction took all the swirls out of my paint job and the ceramic coating left my vehicle looking showroom new. Julio kept in contact with me through out the day to keep me updated on the progress. Afterwords, he even texted me a list of car care products so I could keep the car looking as good as new. The building is a little hard to find as they do not have road signage, so I included a picture of building so you know what look for. I thought for certain there was no way to correct this but Julio and Ricardo assured me that they could help. I showed up at their office at the xspace building and they met me outside. They looked at my car and gave me assurance that they could help me out. They offered to take me up stairs to the owners lounge, which was beautiful, to wait and work while they worked on my car. The whole service took about 2 hours. I was totally impressed with not only their professionalism but also how great of a job they did! Her car looks amazing! I highly recommend these guys for anything you need done with your car! Less
