Before I had started with UPA I was ready to sell everything and go work for wage's I have had business coaching before and UPA is more than just business coaching.Thanks the UPA I have not only turned around my business but starting to reclam my personal life back this training help in ways that are unmeasurable until there is a hadship, there was a incident at work where a staff member was hurt through UPA the support and the coaching tools that they have training me on, they have held me and my staff together and lead them out of the dark spot and while I am trying to deal with all the staff, worksafe and paperwork that all have issues I am able to keep focused and have a clean path forward. The upgrades that UPA can give you and will flow into the business will change not only you but the people around you as well

I have been on the journey with UPA for almost 2 months. It has been excellent - the team provides a wealth of knowledge as well as support helping business owners take control of their mental and physical lives. I am new to business and I wasn’t too sure about signing up to this program as I had never been one to ask for help. But this has been one of best decisions I have made not only for my business but for my family. I originally signed up to get some structure in my business as it was chaotic doing it all myself. Ultimate performance academy is not a regular business coaching program. It concentrates around self improvement and implementation of the skills learned into family and work life. The team at UPA have an awesome structured system that’s very easy to follow. My only regret is not jumping on board sooner.
