I used my insurance search to find a local optometrist for my annual exam, there were many, but Dr. Herring stood out because of her high reviews here on Google. Im usually cautious and skeptical, but with so many great scores I gave it some trust.I visited Dr. Herring for my glassed exam and a 2nd time for my contacts exam. Her front office is quick and professional with the registration, check in, and check out process- which I love, because some of these smaller offices do too much the old fashioned way.I also love they make your Rx available on the portal.Above all of that, Dr. Herring is personable while also maintaining professionalism, taking time with you to answer questions and educating in detail to help you better understand your eye health. I have been to many of the big box stores for eye exams over many years and never received the type of quality care and attention as Dr. Herring, which is exactly what I was looking for. She also spoke in general terms of her other patients (non-specific, of course, adhering to HIPAA) and what they meant to her, which clearly shows how invested she is in her patients and her career.You will be in good hands for your family’s eye exams with Dr. Herring.
