I have been an Aruza client for some 5 years now. I’ve had service that has been good and I’ve had service that has been terrible. If you don’t watch them in my experience they will totally skip service. I’ve had to call them back on several occasions. But if you aren’t there to tell them what services they should be providing it’s a waste of money. That and they will harass your entire neighborhood weekly to try and get more clients. And they will throw your name out to everyone they harass. This is harassment at the highest level. I’m about to find a new company due to the lack of respect that they show in a neighborhood that clearly states no solicitation at the entrance.

Our neighborhood has multiple no solicitation signs through out it and coming into our neighborhood yet Aruza Pest Control thinks it’s okay to come knocking on peoples doors multiple times a week waking up my kid that is napping playing stupid like you didn’t just talk to me days prior and I said no. Not to mention I saw on my camera that someone was knocking on my door making my dog go insane at 8pm at night while I was at my daughter’s soccer game. NO IS AN ANSWER it’s not an open invitation to keep coming back to ask me to buy your services if I want you to service my house I’ll call you. There is this thing called a phone we look up pest control and we call you not you motoring around on your hover boards knocking on all out doors multiple times a week. That’s how you don’t get my money right there is when you piss me off by waking up a sleeping 1 year old two times in one week. 🤬

The sales representative lied about offering me pest control services at $45 semi annually and after my initial payment they tried to charge me monthly and when I called to cancelled they stated I would have to pay over $200. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Do not recommend! Seems to spray water because even with follow up every month, we continue to have a problem. Tried to end service and they want $275 for cancellation fee. I have cancelled payment with bank.

This place is HORRIBLE. They sell you on their “in-depth pest control”. Can’t even get the techs to come out and do the FULL job they sold me on. I’ve had 3 techs come out, each one had a different excuse of why they couldn’t complete the job. They forced a tech to come out to my house when I said I was perfectly fine with one coming out the next day and they said “absolutely not we are coming today,” Then the tech refused to go into my backyard because it was “too late”. I’ve been waiting over a week for a “manager” to approve the cancellation of my contract and they had the audacity to tell me it’s a $270 contract cancellation when they haven’t even performed the first “full service”. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Very unprofessional.

Used this company years ago with less than stellar service (which is why we moved in to another company). Today we had one of their door to door salesman refuse to take “NO” for an answer. Refused to leave our property when he was asked multiple times. To the point that we had to chase him off to get him away from our house. Would NEVER recommend or use this company again!!! Look elsewhere if you need pest control!

one of your sales staff (ethan) out of orlando servicing ocala fl stopped by to try to sell me pest control. However he approached my kids made them super uncomfortable to the point they had to come inside. Asked him to leave and he refused threatened to call the cops and I was informed that they were not going to do anything but respect the hustle. Contacted the police was informed that unless they show up while he's there they can't trespass him. He rolled by 3 more times to antagonize the house and I just want to make sure no one does buisness with him if that's how he acts.
