It's hard to find great customer service now a days, often times those in that position are just in it to collect their paychecks, but not Steve. I don't know Steve all that well nor do we talk often but whenever I need help or have questions he is there to help like you would a family or a friend. Not once have I felt like just another customer. Just recently I ran into an issue that a home owner should be able to figure out, but I honestly didn't know what to do or who to go about it until I brought it up to Steve. Not only does he help you with the problem, he also educates you, and gives you sound advice. I love that I can talk to him like I'm talking to my friend even though I don't know him aside from being my Loan Officer.If you are thinking of buying a house and needing a Loan Officer, I highly recommend Steve as your guy to take care of you!!The word excellence does not even come close to his performance, he is OUTSTANDING. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mr. Steven is amazing!!! Let me tell you he will keep it straight and let you know what you want to hear he will not sugar coat anything, this man takes his time and gives his attention to you and makes sure he answers every question you have to make you feel at ease. I have been working and knowing him for years actually and I consider my friend. That’s how personable this gentlemen gets with his clients and will always help if needed even if it’s not beneficial to him he wants to make sure his clients are well taken care of.
