Darrel and his crew were wonderful during set up and took their time ensuring our frame was at the perfect height and explained all controls functions of our frame. Incredible service helped us find the perfect mattress. We ended up getting an incredible deal purchasing a floor model, and the owner even bought our old mattress for a $100 credit! We ended up getting several pillows and some sheets as well, also at an unbelievable price - and were able to finance the entire purchase with a 0% APR rate. Naples Mattress East is the only place you need to shop for a mattress. We have purchased some mattress from this location before and were never disappointed. This time we were in the market for a king size mattress and presented Patti who is super knowledgeable about mattresses a real challenge. Recently had back surgery with two rods, eight screws and some other hardware replaced. Patti pointed out several different mattresses for me to lay on and closely observed every time I went to lay down. This was a long process however we finally settled on a latex mattress. Luckily for us she arranged to have a floor model delivered for a week until ours came in. However it was ok for me but hurt my wife’s shoulders due to it being a little hard. Back to the store we went and purchased the Euro top latex mattress which is a lot softer. A fantastic decision was made. We had a few bumps in the road all caused by me. Patti went above and beyond to help us make the right choice and took extra good care of us.She is a good conversationist which makes it a pleasant experience. She can guide you in the right direction on what to purchase but ultimately the decision is yours. I could go on and on and tell you about the great experience we had however if you are in the market for a mattress go see Patti at Naples Mattress East. You will not regret it.

My wife and I visited yesterday. I was interested in a specialty mattress. Naples Mattress east was the only store that had this mattress on the floor. Patty was super knowledgeable and great personality. With her help we were able to settle on the perfect split king with adjustable frame. Not only that but Patty explained the shipping process throughly. Went over all the financing details. Plus Patty pays attention to each individuals physical needs. I usually don't do this but I have to say I have worked with Patti on a few occasions in Naples and have had a fabulous experience. She educates you and asks a lot of questions and then gives you choices based on that information and WOW, had no idea a mattress could help my back, it has been wonderful.
