Patti was very easy to work with; very personable. We had a new mattress the next day! Darrell arrived and had it set up in no time! Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else!

We had a wonderful experience. Patti knows her mattresses and helped us get exactly what would work for us. Taking time to explain all the differences. The delivery was seamless. They were in quick and still had time to explain how the adjustable system worked and the easiest way to get the fitted sheets on the mattress since it was a split king bed.

Christina helped my wife and I pick out a mattress. She was knowledgeable and took the time to get it right for us. She didn't try to sell us anything but rather find a sleeping solution that would work best for us

Working with Patti at Naples Mattress was the best mattress shopping experience ever. I never felt awkward talking with her about what I wanted & didn’t want in my selection. She was honest with me every step of the way & even reminded me to get the extra deep pocket sheets & surge protector prior to my delivery. Delivery & setup of my base & mattress was a breeze also, done in no time & a full review of the base & remote. I would absolutely 100% buy my next new mattress here. Support your local small businesses vs. those big box stores, you won’t be sorry. & more reasonably priced too!

From purchasing to install our experience was nothing but top notch. . Patty took excellent care of our needs and really took the time to explain the difference in mattresses. Darrel and his crew were wonderful during set up and took their time ensuring our frame was at the perfect height and explained all controls functions of our frame. I highly recommend Naples mattress for all your bedding needs.
