I got a chance to work with Charles White on the sale of my old home in Houston and the purchase of my new one. Charles was on time to every meeting. He made sure the old home was in perfect shape for staging photos and presentation. During the final blue tape walk he assisted with any imperfections seen in the new home. If you're looking for realtors who will truly go to bat for you, Patrina and Charles White with Sucre Realty are the ones to call.Before choosing them, we interviewed about 7 different realtors, including one of Houston's top grossing agents. That experience made us appreciate Patrina and Charles even more. Some agents made us feel like just another number. One even talked down about the neighborhood we were selling in and basically told us we would have to settle on price because of it. Patrina and Charles never did that. They believed in our home, had a clear strategy, and gave us confidence from the very beginning. They even went above and beyond for the interview, putting in time effort before we even accepted their representation.One of our biggest worries was the appraisal of our home. Other realtors told us the neighborhood would hurt our value, but Patrina and Charles were confident in the price they recommended. They stood by it, and they were right. Our home appraised at value, not a dollar less.Their marketing was incredible. Everyone was impressed by it. We had an offer on the 1st day of our Coming Soon listing, several offers after and then closed in 1 month. Since we were also buying, we needed to find a home and we were able to close in 15 days on the same day as our closing to sell.
