Let me tell you why.Jake had quoted to complete certain work, but when he inspected the area properly, he discovered some damage and was completely upfront with me. Rather than going ahead with the work just because it had been quoted and charging me for something that wasn’t going to be right, he explained the situation and didn’t complete that part of the job. That level of honesty is so hard to find these days and really says a lot about the kind of person he is and the way he runs his business.The pressure washing itself was fantastic, everything looks amazing and the quality of the work was excellent. He was professional, reliable, thorough and genuinely cared about doing the job properly.
