We really have enjoyed our stays with you. The accommodations are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the views and wildlife are AMAZING! We see bald eagles, mink, herons, deer and more.

The non updated rooms are horrible. They have an odor and the furniture was disgusting and had a damp sticky feeling. We was switched to an updated room and it was very nice. Fishing wise there is weeds grown up all around the dock underwater which makes dock fishing a little difficult. If you have a boat then it’s no problem. The old dock should be condemned. If booking directly be aware they charge a cleaning fee that was not disclosed at booking. Overall for the location and price it’s not a bad deal just be sure to spend the extra money book an updated room. I accidentally deleted the pics of the updated room but wish I had them to give credit where credit is due.

Rooms missing essential items. No hot pads or cookie sheet. Ony 2 coffee mugs with a 2 bedroom room. All the refrigerator doors need to be turned around.

I spent my labor day at Blue Haven. I stayed in an updated cabin facing the pool. The room needed a bit more tidying as their cleaning manager was out and the relacement was a little lackluster. The owner was amazing and Vivienne in the office was great. They addressed any questions quickly. I have already booked my cabin for next year. I am excited the new management appears to be bringing back the peaceful, quiet, family friendly Blue Haven that we loved years ago.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid but I will say the new owners have done a great job updating the cabins! Very nice and quiet relaxing stay. Just came down for a small family reunion and it didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend for family gatherings or even a weekend quiet getaway.
