I grew up staying here as a 5 generation family it was always like a second home when I was little.. The rooms are not as clean, we had lots of spider/ cob webs with bugs stuck in them when we checked in. The front door didn’t lock. Loose hairs stuck the door with hairspray from previous people. The shower water pressure as the height of the shower head was really low. I’m 5’5” and it hit me mid chest at the highest it would go. The air conditioner was loud when running, and it was located in the kitchen/living room so it was hard to visit or hear tv when it was on. For the price comparison to other places around the area I thought it would have some basic amenities like Kleenex’s, hot pads, salt and pepper, and oil.EDIT: Robin, the property manager reached out with our concerns within 12 hours. She was very nice and helpful with explaining some of the management and processes they are implementing with ownership. We will be trying a stay again in the future to give them another shot. It meant a lot to have a phone call and acknowledgement of our concerns and know they are working on them! Thank you Robin!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Blue Haven Resort – The Perfect Family Reunion Destination!We just returned from an unforgettable family reunion at Blue Haven Resort, and we couldn't have been happier! We had 10 adults and 5 children staying in five cabins, and the property was absolutely perfect for bringing everyone together while still giving each family their own space.The newly updated cabins were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Every morning we enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch while taking in the breathtaking views of beautiful Lake Taneycomo. It was the perfect way to begin each day.The pool area was a huge hit with everyone! The newly renovated pool was sparkling clean, and the fenced kiddie pool gave the little ones a safe place to play. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like complimentary floaties, plenty of shade, and even free ice, which made our stay even more convenient.The large pavilion became the heart of our reunion. It provided the perfect gathering place for meals, games, and laughter. The two large gas grills made cooking for our big group easy, and the playground kept the kids entertained for hours. One of our favorite evening memories was gathering together to make s'mores and enjoy quality family time.We were also impressed by how quickly the maintenance team responded when the combination lock on our cabin door needed attention. It was fixed immediately, and we appreciated the prompt, friendly service.A heartfelt thank you to Robin Hatten, who went above and beyond to make sure our family reunion was everything we hoped it would be. Excellent stay- we were in desperate need of a place to stay and Robin answered and delivered fantastic well maintained cabins. Truly saved our vacation. Completely comfortable, clean, relaxing. One of our fav childhood places from the 80’s- thru young adulthood 2010’s. Came back in ‘24, ‘25 and just left today… as always, the staff is amazing - super friendly. Newly remodeled, fully equipped cabins with lakefront options. 2 docks, pool, playground area for the littles, picnic tables and grills, several grassy areas to sit and enjoy the day. Can’t wait to book again!

We really have enjoyed our stays with you. The accommodations are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the views and wildlife are AMAZING! We see bald eagles, mink, herons, deer and more.
