I completed the 4 week nutrition plan/group recently, Jill Blyth weighed, measured me before I started, I was given a guide for my calories, protein, carbohydrates & fats, I was given all the information I needed to get me started.
I was part of a WhatsApp group with other on the nutrition plan, it was very informative and supportive, sharing food pictures, foods that other may like to try, I can not thank Jill enough for her support, guidance and the excellent knowledge she has regarding nutrition, Jill would not only message in the group but me personally, after my first 4 weeks I had not only lost weight, I managed to lose 6 inches from my upper body, I left the obese range to go into over weight, muscle density was up, visceral fat was down, my strenght had improved, most of all I am no longer out of breth when I walk up a flight of stairs, I still have a way to go & I will get there with determination and jill's constant support, I now have my confidence back & feel happier in myself, I have gone into the maintenance group as I wish to continue to achieve a healthier me, I feel so happy i can eat anything I like and stay in my calories, there's no restrictions, it is the best plan I have been on that is sustainable 😊
