The Rikki Chaat is delicious and fun to eat. The butter chicken and naan are also very good. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys the food herself—which says a lot about the restaurant’s quality.

Excellent north indian food. The food took its time but it was because it was being prepared fresh. The flavors were all light and fresh. The Aloo Tikki chaat was wonderful and very different with its beets, pomegranate, chole, and the sauces; the Biryani was very good as well, rightly spiced. I had also tasted the Chole Bature which was excellent though i wouldn't call it light - it was delicious, nevertheless; the Gulab Jamun was saffrony and delicious. The chai I was not a fan of, not bad but i'm not used to whatever the spice that was used in it.Overall wonderful food, I hope they get some more space = the ambiance even with the little space is nice, and the food plating looks high end.

We absolutely loved our experience here! The food was delicious, with amazing taste and great quality. ❤️ It’s officially become my husband’s and my favorite restaurant for our dinner dates!I especially loved that they use mustard oil in their cooking .. it adds such a wonderful flavor and feels like a healthier choice too. The ambience was also beautiful, cozy, and perfect for a nice evening together.Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to again and again! Highly recommend! ✨

We had a Bday Celebration at Rathores Kitchen. We ordered many things and i can say it was the Best Aloo Tikki Chaat, Best Dahi Papdi Chaat. After these finger licking chaats , we ordered their famous Malai Chicken Tikka , Tandoori Chicken and Veg Malai Chicken Tikka ( Soya ). Everything was top notch and we ended up repeating it. Following up with our main course , we tried their Smoked Butter chicken , Maharaja Chicken Bhuna , Mutton Bhuna , Methi Malai Muttar , Crispy Garlic Naan , Paneer Lababdar. Everything was so light , perfectly balanced and flavorful. Then comes their Kheer Rabri, Gajar Halwa. It was well deserved to end our meal. Rathore’s Kitchen is the Best North Indian Restaurant in the Bay Area so far i’ve had tried many here. Will be coming back again and again.

If you are looking for authentic Indian/ Punjabi food , look no further! This one hits the spot like no other , especially given everything is made from scratch and with care - unlike most other Indian places which use pre made bases for curries. I had Pindi chole , and Paneer Lababdar - both of which turned out to the best anywhere I have had in the US! The owner is amazing and actually takes a moment to talk to customers to make one feel right at home. It was a last minute call to come here for dinner last night but we are going to keep coming back again and again to try everything on the menu:)

I keep going back here! I really liked the naan, it was very soft and very good. And I really enjoyed the curry, the sweets were excellent, and the drinks were great too. Everything was just wonderful. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice, and I also found the staff very friendly and pleasant. Everything was really good. Great prices, can't beat it.

This is a hidden gem. We have been here multiple times and we love this place.The service is friendly. The food is excellent. The best part is presentation! They pay attention to every plate as well as the "combination". The three entrees we got, they were served in three different types of bowls. My photo doesn't do justice. I love the fact that plating itself is so meticulously done (which at times seems missing from our typical indian restaurants). As the owner was saying - first feast it with eyes, then with aroma and THEN test it.Highly recommended!

Visiting from out of town and just found this place. Tiny dining room was packed but there are outdoor tables and the night is pleasant. Tried palak pakoras, and wow. Best pakoras I’ve had. Crispy, of course, but the centers were so soft and the sauces are subtle, not overwhelming like other places.Tried the Maharaja bhuna because we never had it before. Good choice. Nicely balanced roasted spices but, again, not overpowering.Last I had sweet lassi that has a nice soft hit of rosewater. I usually do not care for that, but it perfectly balances the sourness of the curd. Again, best I’ve had. My wife had the chai, which was recommended by one of the owners. It lived up to the expectations.I wish we lived closer, but next time I’m in the area I will definitely stop in again.

Came here last night with a friend and it was all rushed. Honestly one of the best punjabi food I’ve had in the Bay Area. Mutton bhuna was the star , real home style flavour. Butter chicken is the proper version , not the sweet creamy one everywhere else. Garlic naan was crisp and soft inside.Loved the vibe too, good music , cozy space, the owner came to check on us. It was a busy night but the staff stayed warm and attentive throughout. Will definitely recommend to go here and reserve in advance as they are busy.

Rathore’s Kitchen is smaller than I expected. It is tucked into a small strip mall and has about 10 tables. The staff is very attentive. I found the food very tasty. There are a few items that I have never seen on another restaurant menu.
