This is by far the most unprofessional dentist I have been to. I verified my appointment via email and the receptionist said they did not receive my email. They cancelled my appointment without my consent and didn't not give me any warning of this cancelation. The receptionist said its in their policy. Which I signed a whole 2 years ago, like we are supposed to know that fine print policy without any given warning. I will not ever go back here again! I have never heard of a policy and i called multiple dentist offices in Shawnee. Not a single one has a policy like this! Good way to lose a customer!!!

I've had to have quite a lot of dental care, and they take very good care of me. They listen to the patient. They teach you about what is going on in your mouth, and what has to be done to correct each problem that may arise. I am very pleased with them.

I’ve been going here for 4-5 years now and when my dentist left I was nervous to see a new one, but Dr. Davis has exceeded my expectations! I have horrible dental anxiety and he is so reassuring, he is super personable and has done everything he can to try and save my teeth!

Such an amazing dentist office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which really means a lot because going to the dentist can be nerve-wracking. They took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their comfort. I’m so glad I chose this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team who is compassionate, professional, and attentive.

If i have a dental emergency they are always very quick about getting me in. I have had some traumatic experiences at other dental offices in shawnee so I was really greatful when I found shawnee family dentistry and braces and everyone there was the best. I felt at ease and listened to. Dr. Cole was very nice an I felt like he actually cared about my situation an the pain I was in. I would defenatly recommend this office excpecially if you have slight anxiety when it comes to a dental visit.
