I should have received my refund in August. Tiarra McCloud sent my refund to the wrong bank account. I do not know whose account it is, if it was on purpose or by accident but she has yet to rectify the situation and has stop responding to phone calls, texts and emails.

Working with TRC was way easier than I could’ve expected! Tiarra was awesome and extremely helpful. I got caught up on 2 years of taxes in like 1-2 weeks (and that was really my fault, it could’ve been quicker lol). I will definitely keep using TRC and passing them on to others as well. I’ve known Tiarra (owner of TRC) nearly my entire life but please understand this isn’t a biased review. Before I knew that she had her own tax practice, I was using Turbo Tax on my own for years and was seeing “decent” returns. When I decided to work Tiarra instead last year for the first time, I immediately knew that I had been missing out for years as she was able to leverage my new LLC to get me a better return while also educating me on ways that I was missing out on.
