I recently had some damage done to my pickup by a rafting shuttle service. If you ever float the Owyhee river I strongly advise not using the Owyhee Adventure shuttle service. I ended up with deep scratches the entire length of my 2023 ford f350 from a completely avoidable tree on the side of the road. The other vehicle we had they smoked cigarettes in. Luckily It was suggested to me to take my pickup to Barnhardt auto detailing. They were very professional and up front with costs and realistic about how much they were going to be able to fix it. They did an amazing job on the scratches and added a five year ceramic coat for future protection. They communicated through the entire process and even shined up the slip tank in the back. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be using them again!

I recently made the decision to keep my beloved 2014 Audi A6 TDI a few more years, so decided to see just how good it could look. I reached out to Isiah at Bernhardt (all his great reviews sold me), who was very easy to work and communicate with. And he clearly knows his stuff. When I took my car in I discussed everything with Kai, who did the work (and was also great to work with). We went over in detail what I was looking for, what could and couldn't be polished out, and when I picked it up (right on time) I couldn't believe how incredible it looked... it honestly looks close to new, inside and out! I couldn't be happier with the service and result, and I can easily recommend Bernhardt to anyone looking for a superior detailer in the Bend area.
