I have not been happy with my bridge. It has been several months and yet the gums are very tender and swollen. I knew l would have problem with my bridge when my temp broke and the permanent broke. I do believe a mistake was made when shaving or grinding the two teeth, thus not having enough teeth for the bridge to attach to. I have had several bridges over a period of 20 years with no problems. And now, with this new bridge, DOUBLE TROUBLE. The disappointment after having a double root canal , and then to have such pain in that area. I fear my gum will be ruirned if l don't remove this bridge. Wher do l go from. Here

At first I thought this dentist office was actually okay but after my most recent visit, I can say this will be my last. My appointment was at 10 a.m. I got there at 9:12. I checked in with Veronica at the front and told her what time my appointment was for and that I knew I was a little early. I was not trying to be seen early just check in. She then proceeds to make a face at me and then says okay well then we’ll see you at 10. Not a just have a seat we will call you back or anything. Anyways I brushed it off. I eventually get called back for my appointment me. My dental hygienist was sweet at first. I have had her do my cleaning before. She did my cleaning and then had Dr. Ike came in to examine my teeth. He proceeds to check me and then says that they had me on the books for a root canal and 4 crowns which they quoted me for 2000 dollars. Which I expressed to them last time that I would have to get that money together but also that I have anxiety about getting work done in my mouth. I have had previous fill ins before but that was when I was 16 and I’m 24 now and my anxiety is worse which is what I expressed to him. He then dismissed my concerns and my anxiety and stated that if I let it go on too long my anxiety would be forced to deal with it because I’ll have no choice but to the procedures done. ( don’t get me wrong I understand what he was saying but the way he was saying it was condescending) he proceeds to say that it’s not very smart of me to let my anxiety stop me from getting this work done because if I let it go on long enough it was only going to make him happy because he would charge me more and get to pay his employees more bonuses because of it (his exact words). Since I realized my concerns were not being considered or taken seriously I just smiled and said thank you and determined I would find another dentist who had a better bedside manner. As I get up to go to the front the dental hygienist who I thought was so kind and nice told me I needed to put on my “big girl panties” and get the procedure done. That’s when I knew I wasn’t coming back. Find a dentist and team who will care and listen to your concerns.

My insurance company gave me 3 different pages/lists for me to call for an emergency dental appointment. My husband had an abscess. (All were for children only). I just started calling dentists from a Google Search until I found one that took adults. But their office was down 2 Dentists and had nothing available. The reception desk gave me the name and number for another office that had a family Dentist. I called and they made arrangements for my husband same day. Design Dentistry and pulled the 4 teeth that became so infected. My husband was thrilled with this dental practice and the dentist himself. Thank you, I highly recommend
