I felt constantly pressured by the people at the front counter and my therapist to buy more/memberships. They kept asking even after I said no multiple times. My massage was awful, he pretty much just rubbed oil into my back. When I said I like deep pressure, he disagreed and said that's not what my muscles needed. My massage was awful, he pretty much just rubbed oil into my back. When I said I like deep pressure, he disagreed and said that's not what my muscles needed. Then he started to push their aroma therapy sessions on me. I felt like I was dealing with bad sales people the entire time. Definitely not relaxing. And my massage was a joke. Will never go back.
