Do not use this guy, he will seem good at what he does but will make empty promises… I found him and he was supposed to lower his mortgage origination fee and said he will reimburse me the difference which was between $2200-$3000 after closing because if we did it on paper we would not close on time. 3 weeks later he offered me $200 I was like what??? that was not out agreement. I have proof via text messages. STAY AWAY, seems like he knows what he is doing but is a LIAR loan ended up costing me over $9500 which I paid at closing. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!
