Main cast iron waste water line failed. Line is fed by upstairs bath room and main floor kitchen. While we were replacing the bad line’s Phantom came in and inspected the crawl space damage. They were then able to follow right up behind the plumber and begin the crawl space clean up phase of the restoration process. The process was completed in around 10 days. They arrived fully prepared, completed the work efficiently, and left our property clean. Our crawl space is back up to it’s original state. We will definitely call them again for future water restoration services.
