My landlord hired MIB Pest Control Services to handle a fumigation at my apartment, including 6 other units but unfortunately, the service was unsuccessful. Despite them coming out for two separate treatments, the problem persists.​After the first round, I followed all post-treatment instructions, but I continued to see activity. I called them back for a follow-up, and while they were willing to come out a second time, the results were the same. It feels like a waste of both time and money when the primary goal of the service—eliminating the infestation—wasn't met.​I’m disappointed that two professional treatments couldn’t resolve the issue. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need a definitive solution.

Someone referred me to them.I contacted them and i was amazed by their quick response with a quote and special prices. They were at my premises within 2 days. Very proffessional and with a guarantee that if i see something after 2 weeks they will come back and terminate my pests again at their own expense. You get a guarantee when using them. Products are pet friendly. I am a person who has lung problems and it did not even affect me. Friendly fast effective service which i can recomend to all. Much cheaper than all the money i already spend on trying to get rid of the roaches myself. And much safer. I also referred my daughter to them for rat problems and she was also very impressed. What an absolute pleasure dealing with the team from MIB Pest control, not only where they professional and courteous at all times. Everything was explained to me in an easy to digest format, I was shown the potential areas where rodents could get into the property and I was explained exactly how their process worked and how it is safe for kids, Pets and Owls. Furthermore when they went into the roof I saw that the hatch was out of place, not their fault, they fixed it for me without me knowing or asking. I love it when a company well the people leave a place better than the way they found it. Excellent service, excellent product and super friendly staff I will use them again in future for sure!

Great company great prices and great service. keeping in mind that i have a little one running around and is just a ball of untamed energy and always fiddling around where they are not suppose to be the "Agents" kept this in mind as well and i was assured that all safety protocols where met i was also shown that their product used is all friendly except for the target intended ( you know the aliens visiting and destroying your house from the inside out) soon enough all targets where removed that did not have a valid passport to visit my house or take up residence. great job guys will be seeing you in the future. it is a definite recommend from my side keep up the good work.

For a couple of years I had trouble sleeping with the sounds of little feet running across my roof. Rodents having what I can only assume to be their own version of woodstock by the loud party noises they where making. I tried every trap and poison I could find known to man. Thee of course only saw this as a fun little obstacle course with some snacks along the way I put out for them. I once saw one eating a poison pellet and I swear he was looking me straight in the eye. It was a stand off and they where winning. Nothing seemed to work. So eventually I decided I needed a professional in my corner. Agent L from MIB Pest Control Services came to my house (or should I say to my rescue?) to have a look, left some of his "special" party snacks for my unwanted tenants and wouldn't you believe it, I haven't heard the little pitter patter of rat feet in my roof for close to a year now. I can gladly say that MIB Pest Control Services was one of the best decisions of my life. Sleeping easy now. Thanks guys.
