My partner and I needed to make an unexpected move happen very quickly. We had previously worked with a different real estate company when buying our home, but a lot was left to be desired. When it came time to sell, we were looking for someone who was systematic, unquestionably experienced, and professional. Compared to the other brokers we met with, he was the most realistic and candid, which we very much appreciated. He left us feeling like selling houses was truly what he did, not just what he claimed and tried to do. We knew we would be in good hands with him.He and his team worked with us to get the listing ready much faster than normal. Dakota was incredibly helpful during this time, as well, and was even able to get our home photography session booked early. He helped us coordinate our move-out in the midst of everything, which would have otherwise been much more stressful. The listing went live as planned, and we got an offer the next day, despite the struggling market.From there, we were in constant contact with the title group and Cathy. The title group helped us coordinate closing from a distance, and Cathy from the Harmon Murphy Group even went so far as to make sure we had links and phone numbers to all the appropriate utility groups to shut off our services. She even gave us guidance on properly cancelling our home insurance plan after the sale.Preston was always available via phone during the negotiation. He helped us come out with a much better final offer compared to what we initially received. We closed within about a week and a half after listing our home, which feels crazy to say. Not only that, we did it from all the way across the country.We're very glad we trusted this team with the sale of our home. We were wary of having to move out of state and leave the home vacant during the process, but they really were there to help every step of the way. The experience was exactly what we were looking for. Dakota even went out of his way to ensure some of our home monitoring devices were mailed back to us after the sale.
