I wanted to thank Preston and his team at Harmon Murphy group for the great job they did in selling my home. I live out of town and was selling home I lived in and then later rented out. They were always prompt answering my questions. Also provided a lot of assistance on getting my home ready to list. Also at the end they were very helpful with some issues that came up during inspection and appraisal. They know the right contractors to refer you to for needed repairs.
